Craig has been outstanding and professional from day 1. He has renovated our unit whilst we are interstate. He has done this in stages around us using the unit. This is whilst trades and equipment shortages have impacted most builders.
His communication, pride in his work, ability to coordinate trades and client satisfaction has been exemplary.
One of the first problems was to cover exposed brick and vermiculite roof with plasterboard. It was in short supply and the job was expensive. He rose to the challenge and found a new spray on plaster product that was cheaper and perfect for the task. All advice at each stage was similarly sound.

During the initial consultation we will discuss the design you have in mind and offer our expert opinion and advice, as well as answer any questions you may have.
We gather all the information you have given us to compile a quote for your bathroom renovation.
At this stage, we can also provide a floor plan and a 3D model so you have a visual of what your new bathroom will look like.
In some cases, numerous site visits are needed, but this is purely to make sure the right decisions are made from the onset to ensure a seamless, stress-free renovation project.

By this time you have decided on wall and floor tiles, plumbing fittings and fixtures, vanities, etc. If you need help with these decisions, we have a network of trusted suppliers that offer a great range of products.
Before the project starts, we test for asbestos using samples taken from the wall linings of your existing bathroom. This is to ensure the health and safety of everyone involved in your renovation – especially you as a client. If asbestos is found, we engage qualified asbestos removal contractors, ensuring the utmost care is taken and that your renovation can move along smoothly.
Communication is so important during a renovation and we pride ourselves on this. You will be updated daily on progress and we will be sure to leave your house clean and tidy, as if we haven't been there at all. Our trades are respectful, honest and always up for a friendly chat.
